Carlton Landing is a resort-style community located on the shores of Lake Eufaula in Eastern Oklahoma. Designed by the same world-class team responsible for Rosemary Beach, Seaside & 30A and only 3 hours from DFW, 1.5 from Tulsa, 2 from OKC, 5 from Kansas City & 2.5 from Fayetteville, this charming lakeside town makes for a perfect getaway.

The Lodge is the perfect escape for families & friends wanting to push pause on their daily demands & reconnect through quality time and fun activities. From the moment you step inside, you'll be struck with the warmth & aroma of the fresh cut wood that graces the walls. With 4 bedrooms (2 masters), 3.5 baths & 2 foldout twin mattresses, there is room for up to 12 people. The Lodge is the perfect place for retreats, family reunions, or getaways with your favorite family friends that you don't get to see near enough. The kitchen, living room, and dining area all flow together in an open floor plan, making it easy for everyone to gather together or do multiple activities at once. There is a king-sized bed in the downstairs master with an attached bath. Don't miss the private courtyard, the perfect outdoor lounge space with a gas fire pit.

Upstairs you'll find great spaces for both adults and children. There is a room with one queen bed and one twin bed. Another bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a private balcony above Twinkle Lane. Finally, the 3rd upstairs bedroom is another master suite with a large private balcony and private bath.

You're only a short walk to the community pool as well as Bocce Ball Park, Mama Tigs, Food Truck Park, & Swim Beach, where you can launch our two complimentary kayaks. Step outside at night to enjoy the magic of Twinkle Lane. Upon booking, you'll receive a Guidebook providing all you need to know regarding activities, attractions, local restaurants and more.

Walk into our home & take a deep breath! The Lodge is a low-tox & synthetic-fragrance free home. It is cleaned with a plant based cleaner. We provide fragrance-free laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and no candles/plug-ins ever. We provide a diffuser in every room & healthy cooking oils in the pantry. Our towels are washed with vinegar to help boost softness and whiteness without bleach.
