Carlton Landing has 3 pools for your enjoyment. The Tower Pool is salt water with a kiddie pool. The Boardwalk Pool has a hot tub + non-salt water pool + 2 outdoor grills + a ping pong table. The third pool is across from The Pantry. All have a covered area for lounging.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund within 48 hours of booking & 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in.

During summer (May 15-August 15), 100% refund 60 days before checkin. Otherwise, no refund.

Depending on the situation, we're happy to work with you in emergency situations if possible, but we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Term of the Agreement. The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on the date agreed to on Houfy and referenced on the Booking Confirmation (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the date agreed to on Houfy and referenced on the Booking Confirmation (the “Checkout Date”). Late departures could result in your being charged for another day’s stay or a minimum fine of $100. No refunds will be given for early departures for any reason. Guests are subject to expedited eviction if Guest (1) holds over the possession after the Guest’s tenancy expires; (2) commits a material breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Rental Rules; (3) fails to pay charges as required by this Agreement; (4) fails to sign the Agreement prior to occupancy; or, (5) has obtained possession of the premises by misrepresentation or fraud. The Guest entering into this Agreement must be 25 years of age or older in order to secure the rental and take possession of the property.

To provide an 11am checkout time, when we have guests checking in the same day you are checking out, we'll ask you start a load of towels. This helps our caretaker ensure The Lodge is ready for the next guest at 4pm. It's quite a feat to do a "same day turnover" and we are appreciative of your help with this and hope you enjoy the slightly later checkout time.
